You have the right to ask for replacements, refunds or cancellations as appropriate if there is a problem.
All items are checked prior to sending and we will make every effort to ensure that our products are packaged well and arrive safely. If items are accidentally broken in transit, we ask that you contact us immediately and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
We ask that you please take photos of the damaged/broken items and forward to us via email.
You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of the item being dispatched provided that the item is unused. Postage costs for a return or exchange will be at the purchaser's expense. We ask that you provide us with proof of postage in the event that the package does not arrive. Please email us with your order number and details of the exchange or return.
In the case of returns, we will refund you onto the credit/debit card with which the purchase was made upon receipt of the item. In the case of an exchange, we will forward you a replacement once the item has been received.
